• Nasi/Mie Goreng with Chicken Skewers – Fried rice or egg noodles, served with fried egg, Indonesian pickles & crispy crackers.

2. Berawa Bay Iftar – IDR 350K++ per pax

• Atlas Indonesian Fritters – Cireng (fried tapioca), fried cassava, and tempeh mendoan.

• Tongseng Short Ribs – Six-hour braised USDA short ribs in a turmeric coconut spiced broth, served with steamed rice.

• Es Teler Kulfi – Because one serving is never enough!

3. Nusantara Feast – IDR 400K++ per pax

For those who wanna go all out on traditional Indonesian goodness!

• Gado-Gado – Blanched greens, cabbage, quail eggs, tempeh, and peanut sauce.

• Ikan Bakar Jimbaran – Grilled barramundi with tomato-honey peanut glaze, steamed greens & rice.
